Another lock idea

Heyas, I was suddenly struck with this idea for a lock while pretending to work in legal studies (A little bit of irony in that all I do in Legal Studies is learn about lock picking ^.^ , Ah well, as long as I'm not doing anything illegal and I'm learning about something usefull, I feel no shame ^^) I call it a "Double Sided Dimple Topped" Lock. Basically, it's a pin and tumbler lock with pins on both sides, and dimples on the top (so the keyway looks something like the most versatile tetris peice, you know, the wierd looking T)
Anyways, I tried making a diagram of the lock, but that fell through, so I whipped up a few images of what the key would look like to convey my idea. Any feedback would be given a fonz style thumbs up (the views of the key go as follow, Profile Front, Profile Left, Profile Above)

it's similar to a cruciform vehicle lock and key --- i hate them, nothing but trouble. cuts to the left and cuts to the right etc.

Pins to the left of them! Pins to the right! Into the valley of wards charged the 400.

The central ward would be important to keep the key aligned from side to side. With pins on both sides any slop would seem likely to make the key not work.

I think thath its a pretty good idea but having read quite a bit by now possibly it would be possible to pick fairly easy after playng with it a bit but still a pretty good idea keep up thath creative thinking and who knows maybe you will come up with a lock thath actually provides an high resistance to picking maybe you can even make a couple of € out of it.

Actually, if you look reeeaaaly really closely, you'll notice a pixel is at the tip top of the front pins, indicating a ward =) . It's easy as heck to miss though. I should make this picture bigger.
