How do you make a key

Is there any way to make a key for a keyhole without the original key. Or is the only way to pick it.

I dont thinh he is looking to cut a key from a blank i think he is trying to get hold of some restricted or obsolete blank so he can have his own key for some reason

Haha no I just dont want to replace the lock to my morton building. I have read a lot of threads everyone here is so skeptical its actually kind of annoying.
