I don't know how many knew this. They're not as popular as they used to be, but their stuff is decent. Don't know if there is a connection to Lockwood OZ.

I have several old Lockwood cylinders, I just assumed the company was long out of business. Good find :)

We still run into a fair number of their old stuff in Northeastern Ohio.

I have a few old Lockwood cylinders from the US, and a single Lockwood padlock from Oz that I got on trade. I will say that the padlock is the hardest to pick non-security-pinned pin tumbler lock in my collection. It is well made with good tolerances and a crisp 'SNAP' when it opens.
