Sargent IC core determining control key

Somewhere I remember seeing a sort of progression chart for determining the control key. These are the ones where the control lug uses the 3rd and 4th chamber.

Anyone recall seeing this chart?

I think that if following factory design rules you have neither control chamber the same as any master key or change key for obvious reasons. However I have seen where only on chamber has been reserved for the control bitting.

I recall reading something in one of the back issues of TNL that are posted on archive.org but I don't remember the month/year.
It basically dealt with progressing a bunch of keys.
