So on my deployment to liberia, monrovia I found a lock on the ground. The brand is dongchang and it says made in china. I figured this would be a easy lock to open (pick) but it was pretty beat up and dosnt look like it holds up well to weather. Sometimes the lower the quality lock the harder the pick.
Anyone has any information on dongchang locks... I googled and didnt find much.
