For your second lock ever, a Tri Cirlce 265 will be difficult. It contains specially shaped pins called mushroom pins, which are meant to get stuck if the lock is picked.

Search for 265 in the Search menu, or click this nice old post showing the insides of the lock viewtopic.php?t=10665

using Google to crawl lp101 is good to, search for something and include site:lockpicking101.com after it and it will search deeper.
Example: https://www.google.com/search?q=tri+cir ... 8&oe=utf-8

Keep practicing,

As squelchtone noted, a TriCircle might be a bit of challenge if you're not used to working with security pins. If you can pick it to a false set, chances are the pin that is hanging is that mushroom.

While maintaining a constant pressure on the pick, slowly lighten the tension. That should let the mushroom slide home.

Treat mushroom pins / spool pins the same ....

Good luck !!

The_Swede, as you follow the instructions above for mushrooms/spools you can often feel the positive feedback on your tension tool from your pick while you are working the false set pin. I have had some success with learning this spool false set feedback on a similar cheap padlock. good luck -Nick

Thanks for your helpful answers. I can only get the lock into false set if i rock it and not with spp... Kinda annoying! But when i got it into false set i get completely stuck. 4 of the pins move freely and one is siezed.

Can you feel any spring resistance on the three that "move freely"? If not then their driver pins are probably set and the one that is seized has a spool or similar driver which you need to work past. This means allowing the plug to return almost to it's resting orientation so that the rim of the spool can be raised past the shearline.

No spring resistance at al on the ones that move freely. I have been trying for about 4 hours now and i can't figure out what i am doing wrong! :P

It is possible that one or more of the three pins that offer no spring resistance still have their drivers trapped at the shearline but that should prevent a false set.
I would suggest trying to vary your tension and see if you get any changes in the feedback from the bound pin. If the plug starts trying to turn slightly 'back' (against the direction your are tensioning in) it is probably some variety of spool (or a similar type of security pin) which requires very light tension. Some times I have found that I need to treat the plug almost like a dial where I use my tension tool to rotate it to a specific alignment in order to work past spools in some locks.

Not enough Absolut!

find the nearest Systembolaget store immediately. if it is closed right now, resist urge to pick the locks to get more Absolut.

Your picking skills will improve dramatically, and women will look even better, not that you have a problem with finding beautiful women in Sweden.

Once you are at this point and you are not making any further progress try holding light pick pressure on the pin that you think is the false set spool while very slowly releasing tension. You may drop pins already set but this will be necessary to move the spool past the shear line. At that point there is nothing to lose by trying this and it will help develop the feel you need to vary your tension pressure while you work on a lock with security pins.
