Just stumbled across this site called The First Internet Lock Museum. Have not browsed it more than a couple of minutes, but thought it worth passing on.

They have a varitey of sections, including one on tools. The first tool in that section is a handheld clipper... for Medeco!

That site is owned/maintained by THE Billy B. Edwards. He's worked for all of the major manufacturers, has a company that makes master keying software, and has written quite a few books.
