Wow! I see you chose wisely what to include: just first class locks!

Cheers :)

Very nice collection. Have you ever tried to pick any of the locks in that picture ?

~~drool~~

Quite a nice collection, and like the picture. Fun looking at the picture and identifying the locks. :)

I've certainly tried to pick most of them, but I'm not there yet. I got as far as a deep false set on the Mul-t-lock, and I'm attacking the Assa one sidebar pin at a time.

We need more neighbors like you. I'd take a case a beer over just to pick your locks open :D

Please let me know if you make any progress on that Fichet, I have one in a Bodyguard type housing that has been my bane for years.

Most likely, that deep false set on the MTL means you are nearly there! It means you have picked all of the outer pins. Now just tickle the center pins, and you should get it open. For the center pins, especially if the outer pins are way down, I made a small hook from a guitar string. The hook goes off to the side, instead of to the front.

Good luck!

Awesome homebrew tool Gordon. I thought about making something like that but couldn't think of a good material to use. I'll have to try the guitar string :) I have picked 2 Multi Locks and luckily I was able to use regular picks. I can see how the outside low inside high combo could be really nasty.
