What kind of assa is this?

Does anyone have any idea what kind of assa this is? I know its a rackmount enclosure lock. I guess what im looking to find out it what kind (model maybe) of cylinder this is. Also is it possible to remove the cylinder from this lock? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Was thinking Desmo, as well. But wanted to see the key before I called it. The key is the key to this question.
