Sargent lock

Does anyone have any advice for opening Sargent locks because I have 2 Sargent padlocks (one rekeysble the other non) and I can get false sets and then nothing. I'd offer the model number but I can't find any identifying marks or numbers.

Try really hard tension. Sargents can have really tight tolerances. I used to have a pretty hard time with them, but I have gotten better over the years....
