What kind of lock is it?

I buy it some years ago. Probably it's a very common lock, because I pay it less then 2 or 3£ in UK, but I've never seen something like that, and I haven't any idea to how lockpick it.

That is a disc detainer lock. There are specialized tools made for picking those, and there are some ways of picking them using very basic materials.
