Master Construction Cable Lock

I have a strange lock that allows a cable to be passed through a shackle and has lock/cinch/unlock settings; see pictures:

It's a Master product; I figured it should be easy to pick, but I can't tell if I'm getting anywhere. Does anyone have any experience with these?

They are wafer locks, most often marketed as the Master Python locks. Been a long time, but seem to remember using medium tension to find where the plug starts binding the first wafer, then simply rake it open.

Look at key, single or double sided? If double sided, maybe use a 2 finger tension tool. Apply some tension, go to work.

Single sided. Long key will pull plug. Wafers. Has 2 sidebars for added pick resistance.
