You have an Arizona Public Service Electric Company - Wilson Bohannan brand padlock on your back gate? That looks like a gate multiple utilities/tenants have access to.
Bought the property about 10 years ago. I know 1 of the locks is for the rancher to get to his land behind me and the AZ power makes sense (DUH) lol. The others are my locks. Thanks for the info.
