You can get one here
https://doorshoppers.com/door-hardware/ ... dbolt.htmlLooked like yours was the satin chrome w/ the square rose, but you better double check
You might save a few $$ if Dorex makes a deadbolt with a thumbturn inside and no cylinder outside as you can still use your outside hardware
Does it need to be from Dorex?
"Backset adjustable for 2 3/8” (60mm) and 2 3/4” (70mm)"
Is this the part where the 2 screws go through the thumb-turn case into the cylinder area (outside door?). Can I say get a back casing from another Lock and use it on this, if so do I need to look for certain dimensions.
Well I'm guessing that someday when you move you'll be wanting to get your deposit $$$ back,
so you can decide if you want to see that happen or not. As far as whether or not Dorex is compatible with Kwikset, Schlage or other, I cannot say as I have never seen a Dorex deadbolt before.
The adjustable backset refers to the deadbolt latch, which you actually already have. Perhaps someone on E-bay has a used Dorex you can get for less $$
