Skeleton keys explained

In some parts of the world, all bit keys are commonly called 'skeleton keys'. The vast majority of bit keys are NOT skeleton keys, they have been cut to fit a particular lock. Whilst the general public is unlikely to use correct terms for a technical subject, those who profess an interest in locks might like to learn what skeleton keys actually are.
Goaded by a video screaming '5 skeleton keys that open ALL warded locks', I have written a few pages describing what skeleton keys actually are, and are not.
