abloy eurocylinders

After picking my own house locks I am paranoid about being burgled.

I used to be an alarm enginer for 10 years and i have the mutts nutts in burglar alarm panels and also a 1/3" ccd camera on the back on the house.

The camera is taken through an RF modulater and comes through each tv in the house via a booster in the loft.

I would like to compliment the security by replacing the essa eurocylinders with abloy ones.

Anyone know where to get them from in Manchester and what Iam looking to pay for them?

thanks

I'm assuming it's a UPVC door that you're trying to upgrade. If so, you could do worse than replace it with a nice wooden door with a mortice lock or two. Little point spending wads on expensive Euro's, only for the panels in your door to be caved in. A burglar is unlikely to spend time picking your lock !

Ok, an alarm system, closed circuit monitors, and a dog... and you're still worried about somebody picking your locks? Really? Wow. If you're not running a drug lab or dealing arms, might I recommend the name of a very nice head doctor for your case of paranoia?

i Knew that was coming somewhere dig blu.( he says laughing)

This sounds really daft, but at one time I had the opportunity to have some fingerprint scanners (free) fitted to my house for digital access.

In the past I have installed these and other biometric systems.

get your point though dig blu

Uhh db, after reading this, I would personally be very carefull what you say... are you sure your not dealing arms (he says while changing his address, phone number, first name, and gos and buys a very large sword)

jk, but really, I think people would be frightened to GO NEAR your house with all that, let alone pick you door... I have seen bikey HQ's with less sercurity then that!

and db, what the name of that doctor again? and are you sure you dont have a speed lab in your loft also sidnoi?
If it doesn't seem to make sence, take a minuite to look at who said it... do you still want to know?
