Can a Masterlock 21 be re-keyed?

I have a Masterlock No21. It is different from the other Masterlocks that I have. This one appears that it is made so it can be taken apart and re-keyed.

I have tried the search engine with no luck. I used masterlock and 21 for my search terms.

If this lock can be taken apart, please direct me to the instruction. I do have the key to this lock.

Yes.

Open the lock.
Use a 3/32" hex(allen) wrench to unscrew a longs screw located where the shackle enters the lock. I turn the lock upside down here to coax the screw out. Remove the baseplate that holds the cylinder in.

Note: playing with this cylinder while it is removed from the lock is not recommended. Its far too easy to screw up if you dont watch out.
