The Ilco key blank catalog is not a restricted item, the ALOA on-line store will sell any item that doesn't say "verification required" or "members only" to anyone whose credit card comes back approved...

There are several books you can order, about master keying, identifying locks, basic lock repair, antique locks, lock collecting and the Ilco key blank catalog...
