I figured I would take care of a month of n00b helping in one go. After this I get to ignore threads like this for atleast another month.

Q: 1.i kinda know da basic...now what kinda tools can i use to make picks n the tension things.?

A: Linesman Pliers, Dremel tool, files, cutoff wheels for the dremel, a set of heavy duty bolt cutter style wire cutters, hobby files, sandpaper.

Q: 2.what kinda stuff should i be looking for to make picks?

A: Brickstrap, windshield wipers, cheap headphones, streetsweeper bristles, a dremel tool, a set of hobby files, and sandpaper.

Q: 3.what kinda locks can be picked easily?

A: Master, Kwikset, Titan, are a couple brands. I would consider all pin tumblers with out some added security feature to be easy. Same goes for wafer locks.

Q: 4.can u open a dudley combination lock with brute force ot some combination hacking way or sumthin?

A: Anything can be opened with enough brute force, I don't however think it would be the most effective way to open one. As far as I know there is no real way to manipulate one. Despite their best efforts I think there's been a lot of effort running down the wrong path in the Dudley Cracking thread. Look it up with the search tool that was so kindly recommended to you. I still stand by my original conclusion that these will only be NDE'd effictively by measuring the give in the shackle.

Q: 5.can a car door/inginition/glove box can be picked?

A: If you know what you're doing. Also depends on the lock. Don't bother asking. By the time people will trust you with that information you'll probably have figured it out for yourself. Autozone sells door locks pretty cheap if you want to practice without risking screwing up your car's locks.

I didn't know that, figured it was the junk yard or nothing. LSNED (learn something new every day) I guess, thanks TOWCH!
