I dont know about them but if you can set the pins try pushing somthing against the back of the lock as well as the key may actually push somthing in at the rear (oh err missus)

Do a search for the #140.....it's basically the same lock, but without the 'attractive' plastic cover.

I took one apart many moons ago, here: (Scroll down a bit, past the #3 method.)

Skold (and Hojo) also co-erced similar locks to come apart, by heating the lock and then dunking it into cold water:

BTW, to see your lock on the Master website, go here, then type your lock No in the "Enter a product number" box:
http://www.masterlock.com/cgi-bin/select.pl

FYI, the 140 is the basic lock. Other variants of this lock use different third numbers, i.e. your 141. There are other colours available, each with a different third number. Basically, from '0' to '7'. '0' is the naked lock, 1 through 6 are the different colours, and '7' is a chrome-plated variant.
The different keyings (alike/different) are indicated by letters after the model number...such as your 'd', along with other letters indicating whether the locks are single, multi-packs, or have different shackle lengths.
Also, the size of the lock is indicated by the second number. Your lock is in the middle of a series. The 13? series is smaller, and the 15? series is larger.

Have a play with the Master site...it may help you choose your next practice lock. Look for a rekeyable product.

HTH.
Image If it ain't broke.....pull it down and see how it works anyway!
