Please, help me to find instruciton for safe "Kanfey Matechet LTD". Made in Israel (1995). On a panel constantly there is an inscription "long delay". I can send picture on your e-mail.

I think its because the wrong code has been put in and you have to wait for the screen to clear before imputting the right code, if you keep trying to imput the code it will eithe rfreeze the lock or keep adding time on to it, im no safe expert but i guess thats it,

Leave it for a long delay (could be 12 hours for all we know) and when it clears try it again with the right combo,

If im totally wrong i will be put in my place quite soon im sure, eh guys

Any more info that the address above and this post and it leads to an advanced section topic so if im right ad that doesnt work you need to try the adress above.

Maybe it's a time delay lock? You open it, and then after about 20 minutes or so of delay it will let you open it.

By phone specified in the answer impossible to phone. It is wrong. The lock has a time delay. Prompt how to return the lock in a normal operating mode. The lock opens once a month.

As you have not filled out your profile ,we dont know which country you are in. The number to dial is International to Israel ( and is a fax number). The dialing code will differ depending on which country you are dialing from.
Alternatively, you could try calling International Directory Enquiries for a telephone number, but seeing as the address was a P.O Box number, you may have little success.

I suspect he is using some type of online translator.
