Lockwood is revamping its padlock range. It's getting rid of the 310/311 (big heavy suckers) and bringing out 234, 245, and 256 in stainless. It's also making a new padlock to replace the big 310 and 311s that is supposed to have a better security rating and it's cheaper! Might invest in one when we get some in. There is a brochure at work I might scan and post.
Just bored and thought I'd share.

I saw a Lockwood in the US once.
On a door. Weird.

US lockwood is not the same as AUS lockwood.
The new 234 is good, removeable shackle without taking the lock apart, and easily converted to / from key retaining.
Did you get one of the samples in the little fitted case ?

No sample (well, not for the showroom anyway, keying might have got one), just a brochure and new product books with price lists.

Well, we've got some left over stock to get rid of, so I assume the next order we get in will be the 'new gen'.

Hmmmmm..... not big enough to see the information and product numbers.
MSN me if you want the full size pic.
Anyway, the new ones are down the bottom in the blue section.
