A lot of locks are now being made to the new euro standards hence the chubb 114E's etc. Most of these have a 20mm bolt throw, so are quite strong but can be picked. Not heard of the legge one yet but it explains why we have the new era fortress etc. Now we have to wait for the new decoders from safe ventures/ john falle or get picking by hand, the latter being the cheaper option

I would have thought that most new locks would still conform to existing depths and spaces to allow new locks to be keyed up to old keys ? as such existing tools & techniques may remain effective.
