After you pick the lock than wat do u do to turn the knob wihtout breaking your picks. a plug spinner? Wat does it do and how do u use i?

Usually you can just use your tension wrench *if* you've picked the lock in the correct direction. You must pick the lock in the direction that the key would normally have to be turned to unlock the lock. If you've picked it the other way, your only options are to pick it again in the correct direction, or use a plug spinner to get it turned the other way, then use a tension wrench to unlock.
If a lock is poorly fit it may require that you pull or lift on the door knob to ease up pressure on the lock, then turn with a tension wrench. If it's really bad off, a flat blade screw driver may be needed to give you extra turning force, however if it's that bad off you really ought to look at refitting the lock.

Meh, I usually pick the lock, raid the fridge, have a cigarette and straight onto the next lock. No point in wasting time. 
Some things may be pick proof, but everything can be bypassed....
