Use a grinder instead of a dremal and some pieces of hacksaw blades. To make the hook is faster with a grinder. You don't need to make your tool exactly has the ones that are bought in shops. Just make them thin enough to enter the lock but large enough not to break easily. About the rake picks (snake ones), I always use the grinder but they would be better if they were made with a dremel (I have one but never bought the cutting discs). Has the hook pick, the snake and the diamond don't need to be exactly like the ones that are sold in shops. If you look carefully you will see that they come in diferent shapes and sizes.
