hello all,
This looks like a good community that is dedicated to lockpicking.anyways....
My name is Darrel and I am currently 17 and in high school. I have been interested in lockpicking since I was 5 years old(paperclips and pins). I have only picked 3 locks in my life but that was because of sheer dumb luck.
P.S no, I am not trying to break into houses or stalk girls

Aye, indeed you are.
Read the site, grab a lock and some picks, then sit down and practice.
Enjoy the site, enjoy picking.

Hello, I'm a network technician, telephone repair tech, and security camera installer from Massachusetts. I'm working on an electrical engineering major, and I like solving problems. I come from the computer hacker 2600 world, where we are always interested in protecting our networks with passwords, but since I have a grown up job with an office these days, I'm also interested in physical security and using good locks with good CCTV. We have Medeco bi-axial locks at work, and I doubt I'll be picking this type any time soon, (epecially since I was issued a GMK, so no need to pick) but this hobby really appeals to me so I bought a Southord set a while back and here I am on the forum. I have also managed to break all 3 tension wrenches and my favorite snake rake. maybe I can learn better picking manners here and not abuse my picks so much. Squelchtone

Welcome new members!
squelchtone: Indeed, lesson 1 around here is "lighten up". Never bully the lock. Seduce it.
