The tension wrench goes at the top and bottom of the keyway, this then allows you to manipulate the wafers via the middle of the keyway therefore you can move both the top and bottom wafers without having to adjust your tension wrench

I know with all the info you gave me i will definitely have a nice experience with these locks and i will get a touch of them soon, but all i need is to make that tension wrench and that special pick, any idea how to make them at home with some kind of hacksaw material or wotever cuz i cant buy picks

I m bit Puzzled about it, If we put tension wrench which has two legs, inside the lock, how can we pick it? i mean where are wafers?

you don't run the tension tool way down inside the keyway. you just put it in enough that it lets you apply tension to the cylinder. you should be able to do this easily without inserting it so deeply that it interferes with picking.

although i purchased a tension tool of this style, i also made one (and several other tools) during a particularly boring lunch break one day. i just got a length of spring steel wire about 15cm long and bent it in half, then got a pair of pliers and bent about 3-5mm of the ends down at a 90' angle. so, laying "on it's back", it would look something like this on your table.

hmmm no EDIT button,actually i missed wot i was gonna say, i was saying is there any guide or pics or any ideas on how to make tension wrench and pick tools for wafer locks, oh yes, Double One, and offcourse homemade.

All you need is a ball or snowman or half ball anyhting round, odds are you will screw up the first 15 times trying to make a circular pick, i am not downing you as i had to do it 20 or so, butchered a bunch or hacksaw blades to, i would say just by one.. individually that is, use LP101 as a code and get 10% off a SO w/e metal handle is like 3$? i would go with the metal handle, but the tension wrench is self explanitory, jsut expierenment thats half the fun of making your own, guides are good to fall back on but if you make it all by yourself no help and pop a lock the feeling is better, and heck you might end up making something for a guide yourself.. good luck wafers are a breeze (sidebarless) that is and auto locks... there only hard for me becuase i dont have any idea where to start and no info.

ok i will try making half or fullball, but i dont know about snoman pick, is this the 8 shaped pick?

cant you just give me any idea about making its tension wrench cuz i have 0% idea about it , and how to fix the tension wrench inside the wafer locks.
