I mean if you pick roughly you will break them quicker.

OOh ok! Thanks. I got it y my picks broke, cuz when grinding , I let it red hot b4 putting it into water. now i will take care of it.

Quench every 1-2 seconds.

OMG Thanks shrub, cuz some1 here told me to quench about every 10 seconds i was also thinking that 10 seconds are enough for grinder to make the pick redhot lol, but what can i say to a more experienced person, but thanks to you lol, i will make some picks soon and i will show you :P
