Window Lock

I ve got a Uk built standard tilt and turn window which is locked shut. can anyone PLEASE tell me where to start trying to get it unlocked as the keys and handles have been discontinued. all sugge4stions are welcome.

Hmm interesting, would you mind posting a picture of the window and lock? I am guessing for a window it would be a wafer lock? guys correct me if i am wrong, but if thats the case get a ball or snowman, or half ball, and just rake it should open.

It most likely has a very simple wafer lock which you can pick quite easily. Fill in your profile and you may get someone who can replace the handle for you if they are nearby.Handles can normally be replaced and come supplied with keys.If you can post a picture your bound to get the right answers.

Thought so about the wafer lock, if your near me i can do it for you, i was off today could have did it for you.
