When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Yup, I wasn't sure if I mentioned where I got that or not, guess I did--Home Depot; I think Stanley makes the good stuff. There was one that they had when I was there that was REALLY nice, it was a briefcase style one like that one I've got, but it was a good bit thicker with a lot more compartments, just really nice. Didn't get it because I didn't think it was worth the extra money for something just to keep my junk in, and I have to say I was probably wrong--don't scrimp on storage if you really care about the things you're storing.

Wow, I've got that exact case too. I filled three of them with locks, and have a fourth left for more. I keep most of my pick tools in a tackle box. I'll post a picture if anyone is interested, I always like to see how other people organize their stuff. I'm a little OCD with organization.

Actually, I saw these cheaper ones next to the Stanley you are referring to, and I actually thought, and still think, these are better. They stack nicely, everything is directly visible, it has perfect sized compartments for storing locks. I think the Stanley case is a bit awkward.

Found it! Wasn't on the home depot website, so they might not carry it anymore. It was on the Stanley website, and if you're looking for storage, btw, THIS is the place to look. Here's the container I saw that would be perfect for locks and locksmithing tools:

If you want cool storage stuff, boy have they got it, check this out:

There are seven total and, the rest can be found in this same thread, hope you like them. Sorry if they are not to clear, out of many tries this was the best.

That's some good work Scampdog! :)

Out of interest, are you using a PDA with Palm OS to take the photos?

Oh right - It's just my Palm handheld prints the date and time on the photos, and I wondered if, presuming you owned one, whether you knew how to get rid of it. I updated the software recently and it now pastes the time and date the picture was taken on to the photo. :?

Nice work on those picks those. :)

illusion, exactly what model of a Palm PDA do you have, and which software (camera app revision) are you using? I have totally modded my XDA mini (which is WinCE though) to the point of no recognition, software as well as hardware sided so I am kinda firm on the modding of these devices. Maybe I can help you, so lemme know what the device is exactly.
Due to financial limitations the light at the end of tunnel has been turned off until further notice.
