my pins are worn down.

alot.

The top pins look like spools, they have so much grit on them,
should i douse them in kerosene? becouse i read illusion's guide to a Tri-Circle repinnable lock, and he put them in kersene.I think?
but anyways, should i? or can it damage the pins? And i belive they are made of brass.

kerosene

kerosene is usually for oxidation and gunk. your problem requires sanding the edge of your pick smooth.

As ray said you need to look at the cause first,

Strip the lock down and clean them with wd-40 then lube them up properly with a silicone or ptfe lubricant and put it all back together,

If the key still works properly then you should be ok,

There are a few other reasons for your pin troubles,

You may be useing too much tension,

Your lock may be so low quality that the actual holes on the chambers are burred up and its those that are wearing the pins,

Locks arent expensive of difficult to get hold of maybe just use yours for spares and get another one, 100 times of picking means your ready for somthing else anyway,

I take it your picking and not raking? raking will damage locks,

when you say that the pins have so much grit on them, what are you talking about like dirt or metal shavings or what? you can use any solvent to clean the pins just dont leave them in too long.
