I seen one of these in here, I believe it was a 12 year old JackKnife. Well this one is new, made by hand except for drilling the holes and making the picks from stainless with a dremel and files.

Made it from 4 pieces of .064" Aluminum sheet. I don't have access to a TIG or heliarc welder to weld aluminum so I drilled and tapped the holes and assembled it with some micro hardened screws. The 4 picks are a half diamond, a hook, a bogota and a snake.

Hope you like:

Wow, Kaotik, that thing is completely DIY? Very clean and good work.
Due to financial limitations the light at the end of tunnel has been turned off until further notice.

Yes! Very nice indeed! When are you going to market it so you can blow the @#$%^&* out of all those rip-off retailers that sell chinese made crap to newbs?

Thanks for the very nice words guys. Very clean indeed, between working and doing other projects around the house it took me about a week, I took my time while doing it to insure a good job.

I love doing things like this, it relieves tension and keeps me busy. From all the things i've made I have become quite the machinest.

!*AMP*!, About the marketing question, I don't know. Maybe I should check to see if it is patentable.

From all the hours put into it, i'm not sure right now if i'll make another one. But if it gets popular, I can be PM'ed to discuss a price.

Cheers. :D

Good thoughts bro, its how i think, i had a rough rough week.. well weeks, i realyl care not to go into detail, so i just ground out picks and stuff left and right.

Heh that why i work 55 hour weeks, i hate just sitting.

Helll i might jsut post me some picks gimme a sec ok.

Just so you know i love the stuff i make my picks from and how i make them so lets get some picks.

There all hooks... its all i ever use there thinn as hella, but work better.. infact there isn't a key way i havent gotten them into.

Just let me go sand them quick.. every post i make thre ugly from testing.
