Lockpicks.com is a trusted merchant. I have never had a problem ordering from them, and I have ordered rather big ticket items. I would suggest you call them, try emailing again.

I'll vouch for USPS taking a while to update their tracking numbers. I once ordered something and when I checked the tracking number it went straight from not valid to already delivered. I hate the USPS.

First of all, if they haven't charged your credit card, what exactly are you worried about?

Second, are you sure that you _can_ track packages with USPS when they're going to Australia? I know you can get delivery confirmation, but I don't think you can get tracking. I might be wrong, though.

Sounds to me like you're getting "pissed off" without a good reason. How long has it been since you e-mailed them? Since you placed the order? Have you called them?

Calm down, Luke. You can't assume people whine all the time because they're worrying about a large online order.

Who knows? He might even have a legitimate grievance. Depends on how long it's been.

Am I the only one that sees the irony in Luke complaining about people who complain?
