I'm new here and i signed up a few days ago. I'm really impressed by the amount of infomation i can get from the forum and the amount of help i can get from the members( they're very friendly ).
I've been picking for almost a year now, but i'm not really good, its more like a hobby to me so when i'm free i'll just try and pick some locks.
Currently i managed to pick a few of the wafer tumblers locks found on a few of my desks, my front door and a few padlocks.
I live in Singapore so it is not easy to get lockpicks. So all of my picks are DIY, mostly hacksaw blades.
Haha, hope to learn more here!

I've been looking through all the information on this site and I recently got some picks. So far I've managed to open my front door (it's a Schlage but the three middle pins are the same, as are the first and last, something I hadn't realized before). I look forward to opening other locks and learning more through this site. And..hello everyone! :D

I can't believe I haven't seen this site before. I'm a security consultant, and stumbled upon your page trying to find info on a private-keyway American Lock padlock. I hope to bring something useful to the site.

Oh, and don't delete my first post. :P

Before you pick a lock:
The first thing that you should do is check to make sure that
the lock is your's and secondly make sure its not in use.
