hey guys,
I have been interested in lockpicking for a long time and never got around to it past using a paper clip to pick the travel lock on my luggage.
Hope to learn a bit and I hope that there's a cool community of people here!

Welcome everybody,
For all thoes new to the site and lockpicking, LP101 is a great place to start.
Take a look at the new users section, first and don't be afraid to ask any questions just remember to try a search before posting.
If you're looking for locks to pick, buy some but, DO NOT PICK LOCKS YOU RELY ON
I repeat DO NOT PICK LOCKS YOU RELY ON, they can and will break, then your house/car/safe/chasity belt is vulnerable or unable to be opened (think: emergency situation).
Cheers,
UWSDWF

Welcome all,
I hope you are all enjoying the site as much as I do. Just remember two things:
1) Search for answers before posting a question. But do not ever be afraid to ask one.
2) Only pick your own locks, and not the one's you rely on (front door, car door, safe).
Here are some helpful links to information you need to know and want to know:

Just wanted to chime in - I registered yesterday and I'm posting this today. I've been picking for a little bit and have a good set. Hopefully I can decrease my time and start looking at picking high security locks. Thanks for a great site!

WOW, AGeNT_SeVeN_ZeRO, 2 rules broken in your first post... simply amazing
as for your question: nobody here will help you as it is against site rules, your conduct is apaling, indicating possible devias behaviour, and finally using a coat hanger will probably break your car.
So call a locksmith or a lockout specialist, have a duplicate copy(ies) of your keys made (put one somewhere like your wallet, and another copy to a trusted friend) and relax. Good luck with future endeavours and hope you get some treatment for your odd conditions

no posts are nessicary and I guess it's good that you got in, but I stongly advise you not to use a coat hanger or to do much more without training. The reason I say this is that there are many wires running through your doors that could be disconnected and/or it is possible to break/disconect the latch in your door, making the lock stop working (this is a costly repair). Again I suggest you get key copies and keep another on you on a different part of your body, give one to a friend that can help you out when nessicary or possibly do a 'hide-a-key' type thing.
Cheers
