BTW: I am Canadian, and I prefer our money. A green bill is a 20, a blue bill is a 5, a brown bill is a 100. I don't have to look at anything past the colour!

If you don't look at anything but the colour of a bill, one day you'll get a false one that is so badly done that the shop you'll try to use it in will laugh it off.

Our money is starting to turn peach.

Also, they're going to change the sizes before long.

Bumpit - nice safe. And you comment about running our mouths made me laugh out loud. :)

Nice work on both accounts.

I seem to remember seeing a wooden box with a two-dial combo. lock on it... I think it was an old apartment mail box or something, it had an opening at the top of the door. A co-worker of mine found it at a garage sale one time. It's quite valid for keeping honest people honest, like most 'security' devices. I just wouldn't trust it with anything VALUABLE.

Some like to build them... others like to test for weakness... which I think lies in your 1/2 inch bar that physically locks it.
Still It is a very nice home made safe, and I'm glad people are actually building their own things that most think can't be done.
