Where can we download all the templates from? Nice job, I have just made a few of my own design and they turned out well, but I would like to make a large set and see which picks I like the best, then donate the others to someone just starting out.

The ones that are partially in the pictures and currently being worked on can be downloaded from this thread by Romstar.

Romstar,
As a thought, and I am actually in the process of doing now:
Since you want your handles to be stamped with your name on them but can't afford to actually "stamp" it in to the handle may I propose a solution?

Since you already have your design that you want, take it to a postal store, or a hobby shop and order a ruber stamp with your logo on it. The one I ordered cost me 9 dollars US and will be here in about 3 weeks.

Now what you do when you have your stamp( I have already tried with other stamps and it works well, just not with my name on it) is buy some plastic dip. You know what I am talking about, the rubber handle dip though, not the spray version.

What you do is dip your pick and let it dry about 5 mins. (I know it says wait 30 mins between coats but bear with me for a sec) Then dip it again and wait another 5 mins. One more dip and now let it set for about 30 mins. The reason for the dips so quick apart is it will actually build up a thicker amount on it that will stay a little bit wet in the middle longer.

Now check the pick first and see if 30 is long enough( depends on if your using a fresh can that you just popped the top to or one that has been open for a while, in which case it will take a little longer because it tends to be a little thicker and takes a little longer to set up properly)

What you are looking for is a good firm surface that is still "jelly" like underneath. If you push on it it should "flow" under the dip but not ooze out. Now hit the top with the torch for 1 REALLY quick swipe. (it most be dru on the outside or it will catch on fire!!!!!) this will make it ready for you to take your stamp and push it into the pick. Let it sit for about 20 seconds and then pull it out. This will leave a recess into your pick that will have your name. Now let this dry for 24 hours. this is the only way to ensure that it will not deform when you use it.

I have a set of picks that I did this way with finger marks in the handles that are fit for my hand. I have put all kinds of different designs into the handles, but never actually tried letters before. I will let you know how it goes when I get my stamp. I know that little kiddie stamps that had small stars on them worked fine, but they didn't have the small lines and deffinition of lettering involved in putting your name on it, but like I said, I will let you know when I get mine in.

This may be an old idea, I am not sure so don't kill me if you or anyone else has already been doing this.
I hear what you are saying.....that doesn't mean I agree with you....Just that I am nodding my head to placate you and silence your futile attempts to win the argument.

well I got my stamp today, but the *(*&(*^( company got it wrong. It was a negative space stamp, so ACB was recessed instead of protruding. I sent it back and have another one on the way. In the mean time I am playing around with making my initials out of a piece of spring steel to stamp it myself. I will keep everyone posted.
