Rm-40 5pin padlock key depth and spacing?

Postby ThomasNielsen » 20 Apr 2007 7:55

I have got hold on a Rm-40 padlock, and testing some bump key action.. if im correct, the Rm-40 is a total 9 depth padlock? but how many mm are one depth? times 9, and i have the depth of my 999 key to that key..
If i was 2 take off 1 nr. in depth of my key, how much would i have to grind down then?
Are the spacing 3 or 3.5 mm ??

thxz for a n1 forum..
