im gonna order some picks today from southord. i dont want to get like the 5 peice set then hav to buy more in a few months or so. but dont wanna go over the top because if i get bored with it an then ahv wasted money. so which set do u guys recon i should go for. replies asap please as im orderin soon lol,

I bought the MPXS-32 to start, but i think u can buy MPXS-14 (14 Pieces Set) for 40Euro (£27.22).

I too recommend the C801 and the MPXS-14 pick sets. Or you could order individual pick tools and make your own set. Just make sure you have a good selection of hook picks. Those are the ones you'll use the most.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture

Your in the UK so you NEED a slimline set. the 14piece is a standard size and wont do.

I got the 9 peice slimline. Its going well so far, though im only really using the jagged rake and the half hook im sure ill find uses for the rest. Next size up might be worth it for the extra 2 tension tools however.

No doupt posted many times before but european keyways are generaly smaller than thier US counterparts, thus slimline picks.

Well if they dont fit they dont work. Sure there are some locks in the uk with big keyways its just not the standard. The slimlines usualy will work on these larger keyways anyway. Im yet to break any.

The standards will work on most rim cylinders and alot of euro profiles, but when u get a tight keyway it makes it a lot harder.

Because i just ordered MPXS-32 and i`m Italian, but they have only this in the only european shop.
