My ffirst pick

Postby sugurfoot » 24 Jun 2007 19:39

My first three picks were less than 30 sec, then the next three we don't talk about. Number 4 was 1 min and that helped build myself back up but now I'm afarid to try the next one. Who knows how long it will take. I thought I was a natural. Now I feel just plain lucky.

Took me days . I was trying a padlock with spool pins and I had no idea what spool pins were at the time. I bought a new padlock without spool pins and was able to do that after a day of practicing. Now I can do the padlock with spool pins and am starting to attempt the door handle in my bed room, though no luck so far.

i have not picked my first lock yet because i had originally started on my front door with my coat hangar pick and then read the forums and realized i was breaking the most obvious rule (never pick a lock that is relied on especially with iffy tools), then i lost my pick/wrench when i finally found a lock so ill keep you guys updated
