You have sanded the sides of the picks, but the bits that make contact with the pins seem to be rough still.
When raking don't just whack on some tension and saw at the pins. You want to be constantly bouncing the tension wrench so you are trying as many combos as possible. The rake can be used to rocking it like a boat (Great for the Bogota picks) jiggled like you're shivering. You have to just try as many movements as possible - it's a technique that needs a great deal of adaption to work effectively against a wide range of locks.
By sanding I imagine Jaakko means using fine grade sandpaper, and endless hours rubbing the picks with them. Use either oil or water to get a great finish, and silky smooth metal.
Be honest - your 'bogota' rakes are great for a first attempt, but they're in no way as well shaped as the photo of the real Bogota picks you posted. Go back and work really hard on getting the shape right - it might take a hundred attempt, but it's worth it to have a set of picks that work well.
The tension wrenches at the bottom look very similar to the Falle 'L-twist' wrenches - Perhaps this was intentional, but cool none-the-less.
The diamonds and the hooks look great, but the rakes need a bit more practice to get them just right.
I really do like the case though - Your grandma seems to be a sowing demon.
Chin up mate - You never stop learning in life, and only by making mistakes do you learn some of the more valuable lessons.
Ben.
