I've been interested in lockpicking/smithing for years. I've played around a little with making my own picks out of various items.

Tried to get a job with a locksmith before I enlisted but they all wanted 5 years of experience or so.

Been lurking around this site for a few months now.
Thought it was about time I registered and introduced myself.
My name is Chris, age 30, Alarm service engineer for ADT here in Sheffield.

Been picking locks on and off since i was a small boy. Not done much picking recently but Small son (8 years) has got the same bug and has started me off again.

Anyway, I'll stop rambling and get back to my picking.

Hi, im new here and i would just like to say hi. I have decided to learn how to pick locks as i want to become a locksmith, why you ask, over the last month there has been about 20 things happen where knowledge in locks or locksmithing would have been really helpful.
