First, please refrain from making 3 different threads for the same lock problem. One is pleanty. Second, are you saying you installed a lock and did not even try it to see if it was properly working? That is what it seems like from reading over your 3 threads.
Firstly, if I may just kindly state, this 4 lever lock was another installation job I did.
Secondly, I learnt my lesson that I need to check each key because it was a waste of money to drive all that way to rectify the key.

I checked if the lock worked but not with all 3 keys, you are correct, I should have checked all keys. Like I said, Lesson learnt.
