Respectable? Depends what you mean by that.

They won't scam you or take your money. I've bought from them, recieved my stuff no problem.

Are there tools good? Mostly. Their basic picks are good, basic picks. They don't sell anything too terribly fancy, no falle-safe tools or specialized tension tools, nothing much more specialized than a tubular pick. Still, whether you like their tools or not is a matter of preference. If they work for you, then by all means use them.

No complaints at all about the service or the picks, just a few complaints about the size of my hands in reference to the size of the picks.

a friend of mine got one of their jackknifes with the plastic body and the hole where the tension screw goes stripped out. i got the aluminum body and have no complaints, except the picks wobble up and down a little.
