hello all. i am new to this forum and have to say that is brilliant.. loads of info..
i have a problem. i need to now how to build a rake for dimple locks, i saw on here some pictures with some wire wrapped round a pair of pliers and using junior hacksaw blades...
could comeone please help..
or is there a easier way toget round them??

Welcome to the site! Hopefully you'll enjoy the locksport hobby as much as we do.
That's about as easy as it's going to get. I have yet to see an easier way to make a dimple rake. They only take like 5 dollors and 10 mins to make that way. Don't get discouraged, give it a try. If you still want something else, peel through the search engine there is tons of info in there. That's about all I have on that. You could always get the DealXtreme set at
www.dealextreme.com as well. It will have a bunch of decent starting tools, and 1 dimple pick. its a good investment considering the price tag/value ratio.

IIRC the steel in those blades was mild enough to allow him to do that, your milleage may vary.
