Whats the difference?

Whats the difference between
This Set : http://www.lockpickshop.com/MPXS-14.html
And
This Set : http://www.lockpickshop.com/PXS-14.html

Obvious:
I realize one has grips
I realize the price difference

Why is the one WITH grips so much cheaper than the one WITHOUT?
It seems like it would be bad decision-making to order the first one...

Is there a reason for this, or is it just some freak occurrence?

Im almost certain I will be ordering the 2nd link on Friday (:D PAYDAY :D)
Unless anyone here can point me in a better direction (I'm a Newbie)

One more thing:
Is there any way I could get a list of what that set includes? It says "This lock pick set includes nine lockpicks, a broken key extractor,..." But what exactly are those "nine picks"?

Thanks in advance.

if this is your first set, go with something you find cheaper, handles are of personal preference and can be changed over time. i say this because after a while of picking, you'll want to make your own picks and invest that money spent on picks toward tools/material to make your own tools. i started out with a simple 14 pick set of hpc picks, and now i've moved on to making my own to my comfort. i like the first set more, has more tools that would probably be of general use, i still have no use for the long hook however. both have what you'll need to get the practice up, basically you'll need the half diamonds, rakes, hooks, TW's, and extractor...
