Here is a video I found on
http://www.pick-a-lock.com/

http://www.locksmithvideoschool.com/video/pickdemo.mpeg
23 MB (sample video short)
pretty decent video that discusses the kwikset locks and how it works

as well as the infamous MIT lockpicking guide:

Check out these two videos of basic picking and a little High Security picking, mind you they are pretty long and are huge files.

I'm getting a "login incorrect" for those.

Weird, it works now. Perhaps the server was overloaded...

The H2K videos are lockpicking demos from the first two Hackers on Planet Earth (HOPE) conferences sponsored by 2600 Magazine. Both of these are done by Barry "The Key" Wels from the Netherlands (plus some 'helpers'). He is a member of toool (yes 3 'o's) (http://www.toool.nl/index-eng.php), a lock picking club in the Netherlands.

The videos show the picking (and some bypasses) of some several different locks (including some with exotic Falle type tools) plus the discussion of lock picking in general, lock picking as a sport, lock picking clubs in the Netherlands & Germany, etc. The quality of the first video is rather poor since you don't get to see any closeups of the locks (due to the camera man falling asleep!) BUT both are full of info and very interesting (IMHO).
