No, it's fine. I meant to quote DG. I wasn't sure if he was being serious about Bilock being able to be discussed on open forums or not. His response sounded quite serious. But yeah, obviously what I had posted was a joke. I didn't want someone to take it seriously.

By the way, I can understand why there is no edit button. But some forum packages (not sure about phpBB) offer a "edit history" modification, which may be useful for moderation/administration whilst allowing users to edit posts free will.

unlisted mentioned that edit history feature to me, I am looking into that. It would help with any shenanigans so if someone told someone to bugger off and then went back and edited it to say have a nice day, we could track it. The Edit button I'm working on will be a 30 minute Edit, so if you forgot to say something, posted a bad link, photo too large, or spelling mistake, you will have a chance to fix it, but I have to set it up individually in each sub forum, and it's a total pain in the butt because it's not behaving, as some sub forums inherit settings from parent forum, etcs.. boring behind the scenes stuff =) I am told by senior admins that Edit was taken away after some children years ago could not handle having it.

Have a good one,

I will be the first to admit that I don't really read other people's posts before posting : )
