I'm currently doing a few research about keys with a moveable element, and the locks which come with.

I think it might be DOM, but not sure, neither do I have the patent number or the date.

Yes, the newer BiLock keys do have a moving hook type moving element which interact with another pin in the lock.

I have a few STS CS8 and STS CS12 with moveable elements in the key.STS was a Spanish factory of TESA group that make some cylinders with the DOM manufacturer years ago(50% TESA and 50% DOM).They also made some STS DOM IX cylinders with no moveable elements and two rows of pins in the past, that was the first dimple keys in Spain 35 years ago (Today TESA is a filial of ASSA ABLOY group).If you are interested to buy or trade some of this cylinders contact me.Later in home I post some pics of the cylinders.
