For those in Chicago or the Midwest: LOCKTOBERFEST!

Hi all, a little last minute for some but,

This year for anyone living in Chicago, or close enough that they'd want to take a ride over, the Chicago chapter of TOOOL is hosting Locktoberfest! A whole day of lockpicking, beer, and bratwurst, what could be better? We're planning several activities/ contests so we're hoping to see a lot of people come out.


Where: Pumping Station One, located in the northwest side of Chicago (pumpingstationone.org/)

When: October 20, 2012
Noon-Late We'll be at Pumping Station One for most of the event but there's a planned pub crawl for afterward which will include more lockpicking challenges.

We should have plenty of food, beer, and locks but if you have something to show off by all means, bring it!!!

Just a reminder that Locktoberfest is THIS SATURDAY!!!

We have some awesome prizes for the contests courtesy of the generous donations from SerePick.com, TOOOL US, and Abus

Not to mention a very generous gift of beer from Revolution Brewing and some home brew, brewed just for the event, from Beer Church the resident Pumping Station: One home brewing club. Plus bratwurst!!!

So if you're still thinking if it's worth the trip...
